Rotary Pressure Gravity (PG) Filler : The Rotary Pressure Gravity (PG) Filler design is based on filling every container to a pre-determined fill level. This provides the most uniform and accurate fill level regardless of fluctuations in product or container characteristics. Flow Meter Filler : The Flow Meter (FM) Filler design is based on filling every container to a pre-determined product volume. This provides the most accurate fill, regardless of fluctuations in product or container characteristics. Vacuum Filler : Fills rigid containers (typically glass), to a consistent level. Incorporates a simple and straightforward liquid system in a robust and durable mechanical design. The filling valves create a seal at the opening of the container, which allows the vacuum system to remove air and fill product into the container. Rotary Capper : The Rotary Chuck Style Capper is designed to apply and rotate a pre-sorted cap on a container, based on a predetermined applied torque. High-Speed Capper : This “High-Speed” model is able to achieve higher rpm’s to match the USB filler family speeds. The contained cam rollers allow for a smooth, consistent operation, while the design controls ensure accurate alignment of cap to bottle engagement. Rotary Rinsers : The Rotary Rinser (RR) utilizes a controlled amount of air, water or rinsing solution to provide a thorough cleaning and draining of the containers. The Rotary Rinser removes of all loose foreign matter from containers through a combination of pressure-rinsing and positive draining. Vibratory Sorter : Caps are fed into the Vibratory Sorter’s “Bowl,” automatically via a pre-feeder, or dropped in manually at an elevated height. Centrifugal (Rotary) Sorter : Caps are fed into the Centrifugal Sorter “Bowl” automatically via a pre-feeder, or dropped in manually at an elevated height.
