Machine Business Directory (machinebusinessdirectory.com or “the Service”) is a machinery-related information and messaging service, available online through our website or via our mobile application. The Service provides users the ability to list their company, access business information, share industry data, and receive updates and deals related to the machinery industry.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. By using the Service, you agree to the privacy practices set out in this statement.
This statement describes the information the Machine Business Directory collects and how that information may be used by us. This policy does not apply to any third-party sites linked from the Service.
Our servers and data centers for the Service are located in India. We share your Personal Data with third-party processors located in countries like the USA, Ireland, or Russia (where our ad and analytics partners are located). If you access the Service from outside India, you agree and acknowledge that your data may be transferred to India or another country for processing, which you accept under the terms of this statement.
This Privacy Statement does not apply to any machinery industry–related company listed in our directory, nor does it apply to any individual employer or agency that obtains any related information services from Machine Business Directory.

- Information You Provide: PII you submit to us when creating a company listing or contacting us.
- Business Content: Information included in your company listings, forms, or messaging through the Service.
- Support Data: Personal information provided when contacting support.
Use of PII
We use PII to operate the Service and for promotional activities:
- To present the Service and its contents effectively.
- To fulfill specific requests you initiate (e.g., sharing PII with a listed company to complete a transaction you requested).
- To make the PII within your submitted Company Data publicly available on the directory as agreed upon through your submission and consent.
- To promote your submitted User Content and associated business PII (such as contact information) on our official social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp) as part of our core Service operation.
- To provide promotional updates regarding products or services.
Disclosure of PII to Third Parties
We may share PII with:
- Company subsidiaries and third-party service providers (e.g., data processing, analytics) supporting our business.
- Service partners offering additional products or services.
- Buyers in case of merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Users, including companies that have submitted data, can view their published information publicly on the Service.
To correct or delete any published company data, or to make any changes to the personal information we hold about you:
- Please submit your detailed request through our Contact Us form, via the privacy email provided below, or through WhatsApp Text Chat.
- All requests are handled manually by our administrative team. We commit to fulfilling verifiable deletion requests within the legally mandated timeframes: for users protected by the GDPR (Europe), within 30 days; and for users protected by the CCPA (USA), within 45 days (unless legally permitted to extend). We will remove your entire submitted data, except where retention is required by law.
Data Retention & Your Rights
User listings are retained to maintain directory records. Upon receiving a verified request from the submitting user, we will delete their entire submitted data, including all company and contact PII, except where retention is required by law.
You have the right to request an export of your personal data or ask us to delete your submitted data.
General Policy Information
Data Security We maintain reasonable safeguards to protect PII. However, we cannot guarantee complete security for information transmitted online.
Children Under the Age of 18 The Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect PII from anyone under 18.
For EEA Users We process personal data in compliance with applicable laws for legitimate business purposes. EEA users have rights to access, correct, or delete their data or withdraw consent for non-essential processing.
California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) We comply with CalOPPA by maintaining a clear privacy policy accessible from our homepage. Users can visit the site anonymously.
Do Not Track Disclosure: We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser signals.
