Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) : Systems support a large range of driver assistance systems and offer unparalleled accuracy when calibrating or teaching all remote sensors. Our smart technology can be used standalone or integrated into NCA systems.

Auto Toe Set Systems : Our ATS system is highly configurable, allowing greater flexibility when dealing with changes in vehicle design and production processes.

Buzz-Squeak-Rattle Systems : The four post buzz-squeak-rattle system is a fully mechanical rig that simulates both high and low frequency rattles by increasing or decreasing the driving speed on the specially designed bump cam rolls.

Headlight aiming systems (HLA) : headlight aiming systems (HLA) measure and evaluate a large range of different lights and they can use European, U.S., or Japanese setting standards, making our systems flexible. Our intelligent machines can function both as a standalone units or integrated into NCA systems—they feature manual or semiautomatic adjustment. Our units also have the ability to talk to the vehicle over the vehicle com system.

Non-contact wheel alignment system (NCA) : Our multi-line laser, computerized, non-contact wheel alignment system (NCA) is built to handle even the most unique tire shapes. With temperature calibration, an increased field of view, no need for mechanical camera movement, and stray and ambient light filters, our systems are guaranteed to be accurate. Our NCA machines are easy to use and flexible and support manual, semi-automatic, and full-automatic toe set adjustment.

Roll brake or dynamic vehicle test systems : Our roll brake or dynamic vehicle test systems simulate real world road conditions that provide precise, repeatable test results in a production environment.

Tire and wheel assembly machines : Tire and wheel assembly machines offer all the customization required for seamless integration and all of our systems come with our patented robotic mounters and air over hydraulic inflators that maintain tire pressures to tight tolerances. With our tire pressure monitor support (TPM), customers are assured that their tires are always perfectly inflated.
